I had a decent stay at Pod 39 for four nights. The rooms are indeed small, but that’s expected in New York. They were clean and comfy, and I appreciated the location being near Grand Central, making it easy to explore the city. However, the slow elevators and the resort fee on check-in were slightly annoying. Overall, it’s a good value for the price, especially considering where it's located.
The hotel offers a cute and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a short stay in NYC. The location near Grand Central Station makes it easy to explore the city. While the cleanliness and room decor impressed me, the room size was quite small and not ideal for congregating with others. The rooftop bar was a highlight but can get crowded quickly, and the dining options could improve in variety.
